Austrade Resources to Support Businesses Navigating US Tariffs
As has been widely reported in mainstream media, President Trump yesterday announced the imposition of the anticipated ‘reciprocal’ tariffs on global exports into the United States.
Austrade, the Australian government’s international trade, education, and investment promotion agency, has developed a digital platform, the Go Global Toolkit, to provide information to businesses, including a dedicated US Tariffs page. It contains advice on how businesses can access assistance from Austrade and partner agencies and will continue to be updated as new information becomes available.
In addition, Austrade and partners invite industry and exporters to attend a briefing on US tariff changes, where experts will discuss the implications of the tariff changes and provide guidance on how to navigate the new trade landscape. This will be held on Wednesday 9 April.
